Shipping & Returns


Terms and Conditions:


All orders are acknowledged and recipients notified via email once orders have been sent. We will ship most orders made before 5pm on the same day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are shipped using Australia Post services: regular post, registered post or express post as requested by the purchaser.

We will always ship our products securely, but we cannot be directly liable for damage, lost or theft of goods. Registered and Express post is always recommended for easy tracking. We will try our best to help resolve any issues.

Return Policy:

Goods are warranted for 1 year from date of invoice. If goods are faulty at no fault of the recipient, please notify us as soon as possible. Once it has been acknowledged by Crest Components, goods will need to be returned to us within 7 days of notification. After inspection if deemed faulty due to manufacturing reasons, goods will be exchanged with a replacement and shipped back. Goods cannot be exchanged for cash refund.

There is no exchange or returns for change of mind.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of a sales invoice.
